How to get the
ABILIFY MYCITE® System
If you and your healthcare team decide that
ABILIFY MYCITE® (aripiprazole tablets with sensor)
is right for you, here’s what you should expect
after your doctor writes the prescription.
Expect a call from
the pharmacy
The ABILIFY MYCITE® Kit is only available through a specialty pharmacy. The pharmacy will call to let you know if the kit is covered by your health insurance plan. Once coverage is confirmed, the pharmacy will process your prescription. If, for some reason, coverage is denied, the pharmacy will follow up with your doctor’s office and health insurance plan on the appropriate next steps.
Save the MYCITE® Team phone number, 844-MYCITE-4 (844-692-4834), in your contacts so you know it's them calling you.
Get your
prescription filled
Your pharmacy will fill your prescription for the kit and ship it to your doctor’s office.
Prepare for your getting- started appointment
You will need 2 things on the day of your appointment to get started:
- Your fully charged smartphone
- Your email address
If you want to save time, you can download the MYCITE® App from your app store before your appointment.
Getting refills
All prescription refills can be shipped directly to either your home or your healthcare provider’s office, depending on what works for you.
Am I covered?
